Terrible support service

I've been stuck with GPS as my ISP for over three years, and unfortunately, they're the only option in the Windsor area. When I first signed up, their support was decent, but now they couldn’t care less. I've been without internet for five days, and all they say is a fibre break on my line. Despite countless follow-ups via email and WhatsApp, I've gotten nowhere. Their fibre connection is frustratingly unreliable, and the only reason I’m still with them is because I have no other choice.
