POOR SERVICE

No notices on before downtime when contacting their contact center during an emergency line sometimes doesn't go through, their whatsapp automated responses are outdated sometimes when you receive a response whoever replies is impatient and emotional they never want to accept any constructive criticism they never accept when they are wrong its as if you begging for them to action service you paid for hardly ng issues its day 3 with no connection while getting billed every month I regret signing up with these guys
