Horrible service

Being with them has been the worse experience ever The router has suddenly stopped working 3 times with out any explanation and just being told that we needed to purchase a new one. Whenever we relocate and need reconnection, we need to fight and beg for their technicians to come do something we pay for!

The router suddenly disconnected and we’ve been texting and emailing them asking to be reconnected, Lebo Ndlovu said the WiFi showed power failure on their side and further advised that we should switch it off and wait 15 minutes. It’s been 6 days without a service that has already been paid for and absolutely no explanation.

Yesterday, 07/04/26, we were told that we are on schedule for the technician to come fix the problem and we waited the whole damn day. No explanation, no apologies, nothing. When we followed up about why the technician didn’t arrive, we were asked yet again what was wrong with the WiFi 😖 Their helpline doesn’t help at all! On their WhatsApp line it’s written that they are available until 21:00 and yet we couldn’t get any help at 19:00

Even as I type this review, I still haven’t received any response from them and I’m still not connected. Definitely wouldn’t recommend
