THIS COMPANY IS A ****!!!

This company is a ****. They will treat you like a king before you make a payment, and afterwards, they ignore you from all the angles.

I am saying they are a **** because they sold me a wrong part deliberately. After a long battle over phones and WhatsApp, I drove back to their workshop with the wrong part they supp****. I handed it over to them, expecting them to give me the correct one. Unfortunately, they didn't have it. My expectation was that they would give me my money bcos they had failed to give me the correct part. But they refused, saying they can only give me a credit note that I can use to buy other parts later on. They are refusing to return my money, at the same time, they cannot give me the correct part. I am now stuck, my car is with the mechanic, I don't have money to buy a correct part somewhere else!

The owner Wellem was so, so professional in lurring me to buy from them. He even created a WhatsApp group with his technicians. Immediately when things didn't work, he left the group. No one responds to me in that group anymore. He does not read my messages anymore (I just suspect he blocked me). They are a ****, run away with your hard earned money, bcos once they have it, they will treat you like a street dog! Don't bother!!!
