Raw deal to honest customers

It is disheartening that you are sold a s**** and you are expected to just accept a raw deal. GPO Crew Heidelberg intentionally sold me a steering rack purporting it was working knowing well it was not just to embezzle my money. This is a perfect example of a ********** transaction. They ignore my calls and messages to resolve this matter
