Pathetic service and people whom lie to much.

I had the worst experience with gpo crew heidelberg. Never came accross people like Erika whom kept me on a line for almost 3 weeks after ordering a part from them. They gave me a quotation and after that I had to pay in another amount of R1000 because they under quoted me. She kept lying to me and said the part will be picked up where she ordered it from and it will be delivered to my home address. Eventually after 3 weeks of promises a lot of whatsapps I had to go to Heidelberg to collect my item. They are so rude people to talk to. Empty promises. Lying to me on several occasions. They are soo *************. I asked for a quotation for a front wiper motor and that was more than a month ago. I was up to date never rep**** to. Never again I will order from them again. Just want to warn people be careful , they take a deposit and then you struggle to get the part. Could not believe it when they said my ordered eventually arrived.
