****med with broken parts sent

I bought a part (a gear lever) full part from the abovementioned company, when it arrive it was broken, I phone them to complain,, I also paiddcourier fees, I am now sitting with a broken part which I paid for, they refuse to refund me or send me another part. Their services are pathetic I think they are ****ming people by selling them broken parts. It's very unfair to be doing that to innocent customers, I made numerous phone calls in order to be assisted, but in vain, as money does not grow on trees, I am very, very dissapointed in their services.
