Very unhappy

I am still waiting for my refund. I am going to open a case of ***** against them as this is what it is. Placed an order with them in October 2020, did not received my parts. After numerous telephone calls, nothing. Then I asked for a refund, which they is busy processing, still nothing. It looks like this is the way these people make money by *****ing from customers.
