They don't pay you back!!!!

Paid R9500 deposit for a ford figo gearbox. They then said they were unable to find the part. I am getting the run around now regarding my refund. They have only paid me R3500 back. And not answering my calls or messages as to when I will be paid the balance. They are very unprofessional and I would not recommend using them at all!
