Sale of s**** parts under False pretence

I bought a steering rack from Tilla and when the mechanic installed it in my car it never worked. I immediately informed Tilla and advise me to return it. Upon returning the parts I was informed that I cannot sbe refunded.

I made it clear that my car cannot drive without steering rack and they cannot replace the parts either. I feel de*****ed because they sold me a part and made me to believe that it is in working order knowing very well that it doesn't work.

This is the worst customer service ever and I want my money back ASAP so I can get the part to repair my car.
