Issue Resolved. After Misunderstanding having been qouted wrongly via WhatsApp, and being told the wrong part was provided. Whilst I got the cheapest price from them anyway, the lockdown could have had a hand in the service I had and I patiently waited without being told that the product has been shipped with the courier. And the details of how and what I need to do in order to confirm the right details to the courier.
