After paying R2500 plus R300 courier fee for a used car part (power steering pump) for my VW Polo, GPO Crew sent me what was an obviously rusty broken part which even after fitting it to my car was completely non functional. They completely refused to exchange the part or refund my money using the excuse that they do not return second hand electrical parts. This is in contravention of SA Consumer rights. who stipulate all parts must tested and in good working condition by the seller before sending it to the consumer. Beware GPO Crew Heidelberg. www.gpocrew.co.za

27 Sept 2021, 11:34Morning sir the replacement pump is enroute, we will suplply the waybill as soon as the courier have collected and we will also arramge for the faulty pump to be returned to us. Kind Regards Willem Brits
