PROMISE TO GET ME A GRILL, NOT PAYING MY REFUND NOW

I have bad experience with this Company, its almost a month now since I paid for a Grill they promise to get for me within 14 days, I ask for my refund they still dont wana give me back my money, No apologising, No sense of keeping the client happy, Please can they pay my money back, I got a Grill for my car somewhere they need money, and they are refusing with my refund.
