When you send your money to their account they talk to you very nice promising you heaven on earth... after the 7 working days when you call and make enquiries they dont pick up your phone calls and texts. When you then ask for your refund since they failed you they take R1500 from your deposit. If it was my fault it would be understandable, now I'm being penalized for Erika's fault.
