Incompetence and ignorance

I wish somebody can help me solve my problem with these people, I ordered a bumper with them, firstly they took months before they delivered, secondly they delivered the wrong one. I asked what should we done now , she said they're getting one for me from Pretoria and they'll deliver it and take the wrong one back, I've been waiting for them to come back from Pretoria for 2weeks. Now she wants to blame me and say I confirmed that it was the right one but when I send her the watsup that I asked her if it was the right bumper for my car and she rep**** with yes she never took my calls any more, when I call her she reject my calls. I've been trying to call her for days now but she won't take my calls. What is worse is that my bumper was delivered to Phalaborwa and the one that was delivered to me was supposed to go to Phalaborwa, now we are stuck with bumpers that we can't use and they're not prepared to refund us So I really need someone who can sort this out for me, right now I don't trust online shopping anymore.
