GPO Crew likes holding onto your refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all, I ordered a fuel tank for my car and upon receiving it the mechanic said it was the wrong type. I promptly complained to GPO Crew and returned the tank using Courier Guys. This was done in December. I asked for a refund and was told that the person working with the accounts is on leave, fine so we wait. I waited well into January and still nothing. I have been querying this refund with no response except for things like, "We will refer your query to the accounts department" Or "The accounts lady Is not in at the moment but we will tell her" I have sent them my full banking details for the refund to avial. All I want to tell the readers of this message is.... I hope you get your cash from them because they like holding on to it. From now on its the small claims court. I will not be bothering to call again.
