Q6011 I ordered a part from them did and EFT, they sent me a broken part, I called them to let them know and they told me to send it back which I did, they received the part and did not make an effort to get back to me i decided to call them and ask when will I received the replacement part they told me this straight. "the part you sent back isn't the same one you sent."
