GPO CREW HEIDELBERG

I ordered a part for my vehicles last month ,when I finally recieved the part after a month they gave me a faulty part. They are not what they advertise to be , when i spoke to them for the fist time they said i will get a part that is in good Condition.

On their website and quote is stated clearly that should you require refund you will get it. But now I am making phone calls and sending emails regarding my refund and no one is answering.
