GPO CREW Heideberg
After sharing on hellopeter about poor service from this company they suddenly came back to me apologising and promised to replace the faulty steering pump they sent. They then sent another steering pump which was in worse condition and unserviceable. After my complaint they promised to collect both parts and refund "asap" Both pumps were duly collected and a month later no refund! Now when trying to contact them my number has been blocked. I have lost R2800. Beware of this company!

03 Dec 2021, 12:32This is to acknowledge that today 2/12/21 GPO Crew finally paid me the refund promised on the 5 Nov. 21. Although it has taken nearly a month and many requests I have finally been refunded. Thank you GPO Crew.

29 Dec 2021, 14:30Hello Willam, well I'm sorry yo think I'm vindictive and abusive BUT I sent you photos of me fitting the first pump to my car which didn't work at all. I could not fit the second pump because the threads were totally stripped so I can't understand how you managed to test it???? I turned to this platform because it was the only way to get any response from you.
