GPO Crew Doesn't want to refund me for parts i did not receive

I ordered an oil cooler for a Chrysler PT cruiser 2.2 CRD and i spoke to Sakkie he said the cooler is available and it would take 5 to 10 working days to get it to them. He then transferred me to deal with Edward. Edward then tells me the wrong oil cooler was delivered then another story that the driver is out for delivery he will pick it up i was patient up until the 10 days expired only for them to tell me the oil cooler is not available and they will need to sorce another on mind you i had paid them R750 deposit already. I asked for a refund and Sakkie told me that there will be a 15% handling fee for early cancellation in actual fact when i had waited way over their lead time of 5 to 10 working days. I sent them my banking details and i have not been sent any proof of payment nor money in my account all their phone are not being answered and they have stopped responding to my WhatsApp. Do not deal with these guys they are ******* and do not conduct business in good faith you have to constantly be on their tail no one bothers to update clients what is going on im disgusted i want my money back!!!!
