GPO CREW DISAPPOINTS AND DODGES

We got hold of GPO CREW in February, requesting motor vehicle spares. After paying a hefty bill for parts they were confident they could supply, we have still not received our goods. Our contact with them started in the last week of February and we are now in May - so our disappointment and growing irritation - and fear that we have lost our money - is not unfounded. They were, of course, initially very communicative when requesting money, but no matter which communication channels I have tried subsequent to confirming the order (WHATSAPP, email and phoning,) I am ignored or blocked. I have requested a refund - this too has been ignored. On the one occassion I managed to get through to the numbers supp****, I spoke to a woman who apologised for the lack of communication and promised to get back to me with a resolution to the whole saga. Needless to say, she didn't, and now she too blocks my calls. Definitely not recommending this company.
