GPO crew are FALSE ADVERTISING

I paid deposit for parts 2 August and a month and a half later I have received nothing even though the invoice states it takes 7 working days to get the parts.It took them a month after me begging and pleading regularly to establish that their supplier in Cape Town has the parts but 2 weeks after that,not able to tell me when they will get it couriered.I have asked for answers & a refund several times,no one responds.To everyone who has an invoice stipulating it takes 7 working days,maybe you should also talk to a lawyer about getting your money back...Funny you cant phone this company,can only communicate via whatsapp...Need the money to try & get the parts myself but not able to get them to refund my money.My son needs to go to school @ a special needs facility but this is not possible until I get parts to repair my vehicle.GPO Crew have caused the greatest inconvenience and I will not be leaving it at that
