Empty promises

I use to buy car parts online in this company and never had any problems. At first I ordered an engine frame and they delivered on time and we're always in contact with me and secondly I ordered a headlight and I received it too. That's where I gained trust with them .

The third time it was an engine mounting on May 2022. I told them that the size of their product looks smaller than mine and even gave them pictures. At that time I had already paid them an amount R1100 because you have to pay before they order for you. They could never provide me with the right product and so I told them to refund me . That's where the problem started. They sent me from one official to another and gave me empty promises. After two weeks i started to panic because I couldn't no understand what exactly the delay was for. All they gave me was promises and telling me that their list is long. I could hear that their officials are fed up of me and not answering my calls. That's when I called them with a different number and they answered but I could hear that they tied of me. To cut the story short , they haven't paid me till today.

I have made a mistake of going to legal wise thinking that I'll get my money sooner. Its been more than eight months with them while all the proof is there but that's another story that I'm not willing to go through.
