Bad experience
About a month ago I contacted GPO CREW in Heidelberg and requested a lockset for my car. All went well at first and I confirmed with a gentleman called Godfrey what the lockset should have. The SAM box ,ECU box, Cluster, Fob key and BCM which he confirmed. I was sent a quote to pay R7500 which i did. After quite a delay, more than 7 days i received the said parts BUT no SAM box as they insist that the SAM box is NOT part of the Lockset. I confirmed with different Auto Electrians, Motolek as well, and they confirmed that the SAM box is indeed part of the Lockset. Now they insist I buy the SAM apart from the R7500 I already agreed and paid them. I truly feel ********** as another SAM box I know is in the region of R4500 to R5000. I am really not satisfied with this company. Should I buy a separate SAM it is going to cost me R7500 plus say R5000…….R12500 where I could have ordered from overseas for R11 000. Tried to resove the matter nut being accused of ******ion by Willem Brits

02 May 2022, 18:22So let's start at the beginning. You ordered the lockset from us for R7500. Being a Smart fortwo vehicle it took a while longer to find the parts, than the expected 7 days. Then parts was found photos send to you, proof on hand, you conformed the parts as correct, again proof of this. Then you started getting agitated, and swearing at my staff member, because of no fault of ours but The Courier Guy, him being black swearing at him and when you realized you were not dealing with Godfrey anymore, your attitude suddenly changed, ****** much? In your swearing session at 5 that morning I gave you the option to take a refund on the parts YOU have confirmed. You declined and insisted on the parts YOU have confirmed. These parts was delivered to Motolek by the courier guy. You then contacted Andre saying you need the bcm, we spoke to our supplier and they promptly send you the bcm via Postnet. Then you again came back and ask for the Sam unit, which is not part of the lockset that you have originally purchased, and parts confirmed by you. At that stage I told Andre they can find you one and you can purchase it. But oh, this is the best part, you Then got your possy together, Morne, Hendrik and the best one of all Deon, to leave silly comments all over social media like 5 year Olds, Mosia will contact me, still waiting..."jou *** is geboek", says a lot thinking that you will be able to whip is into submission and we will supply the sam unit free of charge. What will be next, the complete car. Oh yes sorry almost forgot I contravened the Popia act, whahaha seriously get smarter people to assist you Hedrik contravened the Popia act by using my Name without any just cause on social media, I promise you this your R7500 will be nothing when we are done with this. Again you can purchase the extra part you need as the lockset provided is in 100% working condition, no parts will be supp**** unless it is paid for. The matter of the lockset is concluded for.me, however your and your possys threats are not and we will take this further, speak again soon.
