Bad business

I would like to warn the public of the company gpo crew hiedelberg i purchased a ford escort 1600 motor from them on friday 13/05/22 on the sat morning i pressure cleaned motor and removed drain plug from sump to drain oil and noticed white toffie like substance coming out of sump.and a big crack in sump .i removed sump to investigate and found brocken conrod had pierced the sump.i then removed head thinking head gasket also blown.instead i found the cylinder walls of the block cracked right threw allowing water to enter cylinders. The motor cannot even be repaired by engineering company i took videos of the damage and photos .I tried 12 times the following day to contact them and just had the phone put down on me.after 18 phone calls the monday morning i managed to speak to the salesman that sold me the motor for R4050 only to be told he cant see what the problem is.and that i cant speak to the owner Williem.and he just laughed at me.this problem has not been resolved.i told them to come fetch the motor and pay my money back.there has been no intension on thete behalf to resolve this issue.to all potential costomers read the reviews of this business before supporting them they are the biggest ****** out there all the unhappy customers need to contact me and we will close their doors permanently Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!
