Disgusted in GPN investments Gauteng

I recently used this company to move my furniture to our new home. The truck was 3hrs late to start off the day. Then the next morning I noticed that our double door stainless fridge was damaged on a few places and that our chest freezer had a wheel broken off. Both these items were recently bought before the move. The company now tells me that they can't do anything to assist me with the issue and is also getting very rude with regards to the matter. I refuse to recommend them to anyone as they are very unprofessional and have absolutely no business ethics at all. They still had the cheek to force me to pay the balance to the driver before they finished off loading. My family even helped him.off load some of the boxes from the truck. As the owner was still trying to get me to pay them more money because it was getting late. Af if them being late was my fault to start off with.
