Good day Noor

I herewith referred to the visits 2 weeks prior to our visit on the 6 January 2025 and our conversation of yesterday (6 January 2025) regarding the issue surrounding the wear of tyres fitted on 2 August 2024 per your invoice no. 2677.

As per your advise the car was taken to Dunlop Tonnessen Road. The following were reported : *. no fault could be found on the suspension as you indicated. What was indicated by Dunlop though were that the reference numbers of the tyres indicated that the rear tyres date back to 2022 and the front tyres 2021, which is found to be irregular.

Due to this irregularity I hereby advise that you re-imbursed me with 2 new tyres or refund thereof new tyres only.

It was expected as a proffessional dealer to advise the client as to possible defaults beforehand & provide advice instead of fitting the tyres and the client had to report the rapid wear & tear of the tyres. Your reaction on the reporting this to you were not in a good spirit and also to my view as a client unproffesional.

Your reponse tobthis matter is awaited within 7 days. Alternatively legal advise will be aquired eg. to hand this matter to Hello Peter.

This guy has still not responded to my emails.
