DO NOT USE GP PANEL BEATERS

My car was appointed to GP Panel beaters to carry out repair work on the vehicle.

I purchased a rear spoiler for the car and thought it would be best that GP Panel beaters does the spray work and fitment of the spoiler as the vehicle is standing by them and that they have the paint.

They quoted me for the job and I had agreed to go ahead. After the car was completed and the rear wing was sprayed and fitted I noticed that they had done a terrible job. I pointed out the issues on the spray work and how it was fitted and they had assured me that they will correct it.

After taking the car back for touch ups on the job that it was originally booked in for, they also attempted to attend to the issues regarding the rear wing. After specifically initially informing them not drill holes into the bootlid and constant reminding of it, to my surprise when I had gone to inspect the car, there were holes drilled into the bootlid and the spray work done on the car rear spoiler was still not up to standard.

They refuse to answer my emails and informed me they wont refund me.
