JUST DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. VERY *********.

This is the worst company to take your vehicle too. They claim to fix issues and then make it worst. I took my BMW 320i to them around 29th of July and I had two major repairs done by them, sensors and then they said there's something wrong with the gearbox that needed repairs as well. When I collected the car after they fixed the sensors, the car was still acting the same as when I took it in initially. One test drive around the block and it was shocking to say the least. They then told me it was this was due tot the gearbox. I literally couldn't drive the car any longer and it stood at their workshop for months. They quoted me for and proceeded to fix the gearbox. With the repair of the gearbox, they also mentioned that the engine now needed to need to be replaced too. After fixing the gearbox I immediately gave them the go-ahead to strip the engine and send to the engineers. By then I've not even driven the car to see if there was any improvement. They then sent me a quote to replace the engine. The quote was really too much for me after I've already paid for the two previous jobs. I then called another workshop fo get a second quote to compare. Pro Autobody also worked on my vehicle a few years prior when I lived in Bryanston. Their quote was significantly cheaper. I then arranged for the vehicle to be moved to Pro Autobody. As Pro Autobody started assessing the vehicle they noticed there were many parts missing (some loose parts lying in the boot as well) and some parts e.g the radiator damaged. GP Motors apologised and returned some of the missing parts, but for the damaged parts e.g. the radiator, they are denying liability. Here is the list of items: Radiator damaged Exhaust studs and nuts missing Tappet cover gasket missing Top radiator hose missing Gear selector cable connector missing Water hose clamp missing. I will not recommend that anyone does business with them unless you want your car worst off than it was.
