What an unprofessional company to deal with they really take advantage of their clients. I had an issue with my radio on my bmw f20 1 series, before heading there to get my radio checked i asked my spouse to call them an ask how are they opperate an they told her that i have to bring the car in for them to remove the radio to have it checked so i took the car in an when i got there they told me i have to leave the car behind an organize my own transport home. So while waiting for my spouse to collect me from their office, I asked the guy at reception if i can get my belongings in the car then he took me to the vehicle when i got there i found that the radio was on without it being removed from the vehicle. So monday the 30th of Nov 2020 i went their after work to collect the vehicle the radio was off again so they asked me for a payment before the vehicle is handed over so I refused to pay because my radio was not fixed as per my request. They told me that their is nothing wrong with the radio but i still have to pay them
