GP Letting Misleads Clients To Their Own Benefit

I have been renting with GP Letting (*** / ***) for 6 months. The agent I worked through Zarine Venter (email header name) / Zarine Kotze (email footer name) was responsible for handling my lease agreement. It went fine as long as I paid on time (always early) till Covid-19 caused for my loss of job. Due to the restriction on movement in the National Lockdown I could not move and I made arrangements to leave the premises as soon as I possibly could without legal action due to Movement Restriction. We made a verbal agreement to make rent deducted weekly from my deposit for I did not live there in Level 5 Lockdown. After I was out (less than 2 weeks after Lockdown Level 5 ended and my lease agreement (same day) ) I tried to contact her and my landlord without success. It took them almost a month to get back to me over my deposit to be paid back. When I received the Reconciliation Form it informed me that the whole month was deducted from my deposit. After I queried multiple times I have not received an answer to thus date from either Zarine or my landlord and neither money. It has been a month and counting
