Abusive, bully and zero service

My husband and I hired GP drilling to do our borehole early November 2017. They asked for a 75% deposit of which we paid. They came to drill and promised to come back after 3 days to install the pump. They only came back a week later after calling and calling asking them to come and finish the work. When they finally came the guy acted like they were doing us a favour. His name is Gawie. He was very rude, arrogant and abusive towards us. He installed the pump and didn't bother to connet the tank. We had to wait another week for someone to come and connet. After conneting they left without even checking if the water will fill up the tank. It never did. We reported this 2 or 3 days later. We kept calling and messaging them. We never got any help. Instead they insisted that we pay the balance. We had not paid the balance since the borehole never worked properly in the first place. We pleaded with them to come fix the problem then we will settle the balance. 2 months later we are still calling them amd sending msgs and they have not fixed the problem. They are now ignoring our calls. We feel taken advantage of and disrespected. We are strugling for water. We have live stock that depends on the water. We have let our veggatable garden die becaise we do not have enough water to sustain even our house hold. These people have caused so much inconvenience in our lives.
