Shockingly dishonest

Absolutely shocking experience. My Samsung washing machine was giving me a door closure error. Christian came to have a look and told me that I needed to replace the motherboard as it had been damaged through a power surge. I was quoted R3600 for this so decided to get another quote. The next day the washing machine door started closing fine again and a month later I still have no problems, so it clearly was not a motherboard issue. I wish I'd checked Hello Peter before contacting this company - I would have saved myself the R450 call out fee!
