They will ignore you and deliver back a washing machine with more problems that what it left with. They say they fix items are in ur home but upon arrival will say they need to carry to unit. They seem to never have stock. They took my washing machine which has a minor problem of tearing clothes up. It came back a month later leaking water and the rubber at the front swooped for a worm one
