Do not use this company

I got them to come and fix my washing machine as it was leaking water which they did but now my machine does not go onto the rinse cycle to add Stasoft. I did inform them and the guy Christian was very aggressive in his response and told me he had done his job. I have to now wash my clothes and then wash again to add stasoft. Really not impressent
