DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with GP APPLIANCES AND REPAIRS. I called them to fix my washing machine, and the technician named Christian was assigned to the job. From the beginning, things went downhill.

Christian tried to deceive me by claiming he had replaced a part on my washing machine when, in reality, all he did was tighten a bolt. When I questioned him about it, he responded by aggressively screaming threats at me. To make matters worse, he fabricated a law stating that all invoices must be paid within 24 hours.

They also replaced the belt on my washing machine but failed to provide any proof that the part was original. When I emailed their accounting manager, Tatiana, to inquire why tightening a bolt three times on the spider was not included in the labor, she completely ignored all my questions.

This company's lack of professionalism, transparency, and customer service is appalling. I strongly advise against using GP APPLIANCES AND REPAIRS for any appliance repairs. Their conduct is unacceptable, and their work is questionable at best.
