Company not to do business with

In July this year Christian, came to have a look at my LG intello dishwasher and was going to get a new control circuit board as mine was faulty. I had paid 50% deposit to cover the cost of the spares. Not only did I have to find out for myself that the parts are no longer available but despite many promises for a refund, I still have not received this and Christian the person at this company does not come back to me with any reasons for the delay in refund. I would definitely not recommend this company for any work based on the lack of honesty with which they operate.
