Christian was quick to ask for payment - but not willing to refund when he couldn't get the part.

I would not recommend this company. After Christian come through to look at my washing machine, on the 7th Feb 2023, he advised me that the washing machine requires a new PC board and quoted an amount of R 950.00 in order purchase the part, which I paid on 7th of February 2023. On the 27th of February 2023 ( Three weeks later ) they advised me that the aforementioned part has been discontinued and that they would refund me. After numerous messages which were read , but ignored, I have still not received a refund - it now the 2nd MAY 2023.
