Excellent Service and Friendly staff!

I have never been let down by the staff and service from Gozone, Mossel bay. Thank you to each and every staff member and the management for making every trip to your store a pleasant experience. The store is orderly, clean, hygienic, well stocked with fantastic staff!

We are always acknowledged and greeted with smiles as soon as we enter your store. We are helped as soon as possible and our bottles of water are cleaned, filled, sanitised and wiped dry before we leave. They even offer to carry water to my car if there are too many bottles to carry, if they are not too busy assisting more customers. The water tastes great and the sparkling water refill is the best!
