My costly experience with GoVisa Europe
My experience with GoVisa was extremely disappointing. I had to pay €320 upfront to GoVisa to assist with a Swedish visa, but I never received the visa through them. Instead, I app**** through VFS Global and received my Swedish visa without paying a service fee. I lodged a complaint with GoVisa and requested that they consider refunding at least part of the €320 I had paid. Unfortunately, my request was declined. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly encourage South Africans applying for visas to first check the official application process through VFS Global before using GoVisa. It could save you a substantial amount of money.

Horrific Service Received from GoVisaEurope - Visa Application Services
I would like to warn people from using this visa application company. they require you to pay a large amount of money, give you the incorrect information and then you end up with no visa and a loss from flights, accommodation and plans to travel overseas. This all due to their negligence, In my case I was told that I will not require a consulate meeting due to my previous biometrics being done a while back, you get two different persons informing you differently and then last minute you get a mail to say that they now realize that I indeed need to attend a meeting ( this should have been determined right at the beginning and so much time was wasted ), I also informed them that it is time sensitive as I am leaving on the 1st of July ( hence the fact that I took the priority ). at the time I was informed by another person that I need to go for a meeting, there was no time slots available. I have emailed them numerous times and contacted the company to get answers and in 6 days time I have not heard from a single person ( please note that 6 days is critical in obtaining a schengen visa ) I feel that the persons / consultants should have checked my passport and immediately realized that a meeting at the consulate was necessary, not sit with my documents for 2 weeks and then inform me, 6 days of emailing them and no answers, like they just disappeared. my entire trip with accommodation, flights and concerts is now ruined and I am insisting on a full refund and financial loss due to trusting these people and they just ignore me. This is unacceptable and please be aware that you will end up without a visa

I have just had a really poor experience with this online company who make lots of promises, are very expensive and impossible to deal with; in fact, their services should be avoided at all costs. Their website promises speedy procurement of visas for travel but once your application is filled out and the fees are paid, you wait days for a response. I realized halfway through my application that they could not obtain a visa for the Schengen States since there was no means of providing bio-metric data and stopped my submission (but after paying the fees); they responded two days later but refuse to repay the fee!
