Poor Service

<p>This morning I called Govin Mani at 11h30. I phoned to enquire about a camera lens that I urgently needed to for a wedding shoot tomorrow. (Had problems with my lens and cannot get it repaired by tomorrow).</p> <p>I spoke to a gentleman who promised me that he would keep the lens for me and I assured him that I would be arriving in the afternoon to come and purchase the lens. I also offered to EFT a deposit, which he told me was unnecessary. </p> <p>When I arrived, in the afternoon as I had communicated. I spoke to the gentleman that I had spoken to on the phone and said I was there to collect and pay for the lens that I had called about. He told me that he had sold it and he had none of that particular lens left. When I asked him why he had sold it, he told me that he didnt think I would actually come in. Not one person offered to see if they could get me another lens and everyone just stared at me as if I had pumpkins growing from my head. </p> <p>I explained that I needed the lens for a shoot tomorrow. They just continued to stare and the man serving me, shrugged and smiled. </p> <p>Now I have no lens and they only way to get one, is to order it from Cape Town and it would only arrive next week. </p> <p>I will never be going back to Govin Mani and would never recommend them as their service was shcking.</p>
