Bad Hospital Service

So its Sunday evening. My mother got admitted for an ashmatic attack: surplus of phlegm on her lungs and esophagus. I came to the hospital to drop some food items, because due to COVID one cannot visit the sick. You arrive and stand outside at the security office and wait for a nurse from the ward to collect the items. My mother then calls me and proceeds to tell me she is being placed in different rooms continuously and that no nurse or medical assistant from Eersteriver Hospital wants to come outside to fetch her food items. So laziness and incompetence is at the forehand right here. ****ty hospital service and a massive fvcking disappointment.
