waste of my time

i went to maviljan clinic for my sons check-up. i arrived before 7 am and like any other patient waited on the queue but only to waste my time cos i left at 9:35 without being helped. i then approced a sister and asked why theres no 1 assisting us at the children's section, she told me we should be assisted by Maphanga but she couldnt find him, she then called him and he said he was not around but coming back
