Clinic bad service

Today the 05 of November I came to KwaNdengezi clinic for my 4 year old son vaccinations, I came at 8am in the morning and until now I have only registered my son details after that we haven't been attended in the EPI room for babies vaccinations, now the time is 11:32am and we are still waiting no one is willing to help us. We even asked the security guards to check of there are any nurses available in the kids section he came back saying they went to tea time and that was 10:30am. Service in this clinic is very bad I do understand the covid19 regulations they are following them correctly but I believe kids should be in the environment like this for so much hours without being attended to. I requested the head of the clinic but they informed me that she is unavailable today. Something is not going accordingly in this clinic and it will cost people's lives one day so someone somewhere needs to do something about this.
