Unprofessional Service

Called to make a service booking for the repair on the wiring on my stove on Monday morning 29 Feb 2016<br> At 15.21 on Feb 2016 I received a call from the receptionist to advise me that the electrician is running late and will come through the following day (Tuesday 01 March 2015) after lunch. I waited for the electrician on Tuesday and then called the receptionist at 15.23 to check if he was still coming. She assured me that she had given him my contact details and that I was on the list.. Nobody arrived on Tuesday and nobody bothered to phone me to let me that that they were unable to make it, It was only after I called on Wednesday to check why nobody arrived that the receptionist called to advise that they can now come after lunch on Wednesday, To which I cancelled the service request. The least the company could do was notify that they were unable to come through instead in keeping me waiting the whole of Tuesday. I also find it insulting that they only bothered to contact me after I had to enquire about their no show the following day
