Service delivery

I wanted a police clearance cert ASAP. Delivery of documents was not within suggested time frame of 5-7 days but this was owing to closure of CRC. I ranted about this and was angry and very disappointed. The ladies dealing with me were over and beyond patient tolerant and understanding. Especially Mariam. She remained calm and pleasant throughout my ranting. She did all she could to get my documents to me asap in spite of CRC closure. She devised a plan and I had my documents within 9 days (only 2 days over the the promised time of 5-7 days. Well done Mariam! And thank you to Wasiema who was so helpful in the early stages!! People can be assured this company delivers!! And they are legitimate 👏👏👏🙌🙌
