My experience with GovDocsMadeSimple has been nothing but exceptional! It only took 5-10 minutes to fill in a form once I arrived and then I was even offered a free beverage on my way out. I was assisted by Faldiela Moerat who went above and beyond to make sure I was kept in the loop with the whole process. Initially the length of the turn around time for my police clearance certificate was 15-20 working days which is fast already but I was phoned just 3-4 days after applying that my certificate is all ready to be collected! Outstanding customer service! Cannot recommend enough.
