I was so incredibly lucky to have been working with Faldiela. She was so generous in her time, patient, and extremely professional. I was so anxious that I would be stuck in SA waiting along normal routes to recieve my Police Clearance and Faldiela made it so seemless and simple. I was first introduced to GDMS end of 2022 and Faldiela promised me she would be in touch first thing in the new year. WOW well she messaged me the day before she was back at work which meant she went beyond the call of duty knowing I was needing to get things moving. She assured me the document would be available in 5 - 7 working days and it was ready much faster. I have passed on her details for all the South African crew needing these docs as the overseas company was astounded at the expidited means Faldiela utilised. She kept me posted every step if the way and I am extremely grateful for her manner and when the documents were ready I made the trip to Cape Town to fetch them purely to thank her in person.
