Unprofessional conduct
I ask Govchain to register my company and they did just that. Now i want to file my SARS returns and only to find the logon details is registered under one of the consultants and they failed to give me the sign on credentials to do the SARS returns on my own because its cheaper to it myself. The companies name is BSH Enterprise. I've tried many times through emails to get my SARS log on details but to no avail. Its really unfair to me.

12 Aug 2022, 13:24We don't have access to customers SARS logon details. Tax returns are filed by our tax practitioner. To use SARS you will need to create an account and add yourself as the registered representative to your company. You can find step by step instructions in our help section.
