So this is what happened. I decided to file tax returns via Govchain, so it turns out SARS is not handing over control of my profile to them because SARS is, as we all know, a nightmare to deal with hence the reason we turn to these so called registered SARS representatives. So after failing miserably to get SARS handover control of my profile to Govchain. I decide that I should just cancel the whole exercise. Some an aptly named "Bo" from Govchain tells me that they will offer me 50% refund. Imagine you order something from an online shop, e.g. Takealot, and their supplier doesn't have what you ordered and paid for so the online shop tells you that they can only offer you a 50% refund. That's theft. So basically, Govchain is insisting that I pay them R1375 for doing nothing at all. No service was rendered.

I regret not checking them out on Hello Peter before using their services.

I will lodge a complaint with the CGSO over their ******* refund policy.
